通过介绍日本起重机行业的法规、生产许可证体系、起重机安装报检制度、起重机司机或操作工人的培训以及日本的起重机安全事故统计分析资料等 ,反映日本起重机安全管理现状。
This paper describes laws and regulations in Japanese crane industry,production licence system,crane installation and acceptance rules as well as crane′s driver or operator training programme.The statistical analysis of Japanese crane accidents is also carried out.
