摘要
以起重运输机械液压传动中常见的节流调速系统为例 ,从理论上推导出了系统最佳工作压力的计算方法。根据系统的最佳工作压力调定溢流阀的工作压力 。
Throttle flow speed control technology is widely used in the hydraulic system of hoisting and conveying machinery.This paper derives theoretically the formula for determining the optimum system operating pressure of this kind of hydraulic system.Setting the relief valve′s operating pressure according to the optimum system operating pressure value obtained can effectively increase the system efficiency.
