不同食物对糖尿病餐后血糖影响 被引量:1

摘要 中老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者 69人 ,食用不同早餐主食 (大米粥、标准粉馒头、荞麦饼干 ) ,观察其空腹血糖及餐后 2小时血糖变化。结果 :食荞麦饼干后血糖明显低于食用大米粥和标准粉馒头餐者 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;食用标准粉馒头餐后血糖低于食用大米粥 (P <0 0 5)者 ;结论
