摘要
目的 :研究吸烟对人饮食行为的影响。方法 :随机抽取一个社区 30~ 6 0岁成年男子共 187人 ,按是否吸烟分为两组 ,进行饮食行为和膳食的调查 ,并测定血脂和脂质过氧化物。结果 :吸烟组每日吃肥猪肉 (或肥瘦猪肉 )或动物油 ,经常饮酒 ,每日蔬菜水果 <2 5 0克 ,脂肪占热能比 >30 %的人数明显多于非吸烟组 (P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1)。吸烟组平均血清 TC、 TG和 L PO水平也明显高于非吸烟组 (P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1和 0 .0 5 ) ;吸烟组高血脂症者 35人 ,而非吸烟组只有 12人 ,差别有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :吸烟 ,尤其是长期吸烟 ,易导致动物脂肪摄入过多 ,喜爱饮酒 。
Objective:To study the relationship between smoking and dietary behavior.Methods:The behavior of dietary and smoking were investigated,and the serum levels of lipids(TC,TG,HDL C,LDL C),lipid peroxides(LPO) were determined in a random sample of 30~60 year old adult men.Results:The diet of smokers was different from nonsmokers.More animal fat and alcoholic beverages were ingested in smokers than nonsmokers,but to eat less fresh fruits,vegetables,rice and wheat products ( P <0 05~0 01).The serum level of TC,TG and LPO were significantly higher in smokers than nonsmokers ( P <0 05,0 01,0 05).Conclusion:The dietary behavior was influenced by smoking,and the smokers may be at higher risk for cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases,due to the exposure to smoke and a less healthy diet.
