康复期癌症患者生存质量自评量表编制与检验

The development and test of self-rating scale of quality of life

目的 编制康复期癌症患者生存质量自评量表。方法 参考国外有关测量工具，选择适合我国文化背景的问题组成量表，以癌症治疗功能评估量表作为对照，同时对康复期癌症病人进行调查。结果 新编生活质量自评量表初次和二次调查结果及新编生存质量自评量表和癌症治疗功能评估量表调查结果之间均显示较高的相关性。结论 新编康复期癌症患者生存质量自评量表有较高的信度和效度。

Objective To develop a self-rating scale of quality of life for convalescent cancer patients.Methods Refering to external investigating instruments,select some questions which are suitable for internal cultural background and develop a scale.The functional assessment scale of cancer therapy was regarded as a control.Convalescent cancer patients were investigated with the two scales at the same time. Results There were relatively high correlation between the first and second score with newly developed scale of quality of life and between scores with newly developed scale of quality of life and functional assessment scale of cancer therapy Conclusion Newly developed self-rating scale of quality of life for convalescent cancer patient posesses relatively high reliability and validity and can be recommended as an apparatus to measure quality of life for convalescent cancer patients.
