Wilson's病53例功能障碍评估

Functional disturbance evaluation:A 53 cases report

目的 对 Wilson's病 (WD)所致功能障碍进行分析和评估。方法 采用我科制定的 WD功能障碍评估标准，对 53例住院患者的功能进行临床分析和评估。结果 (1)WD患者具有运动、言语、精神心理、智能 4个方面的功能障碍，本组中发生率依次为 98.1％、 77.4％、 56.6％、 45.3％； (2)WD所具有的功能障碍往往是复合性障碍，本组中具有两种以上障碍者占 88.7％； (3)WD的功能障碍与性别无关。结论 WD致残率较高，多呈复合性功能障碍，本文初步设立了 WD功能障碍的评估标准。

Objective The functional disturbance of the pastients with wlilson's Disease(WD)were analysed and evaluated. Methods Fifty three cases of WD were evaluated clinically with the scale designed by our department.Results (1)In our series there were movement,speech,psychology and intellect disturbances with incidence rate being 98.1％ ,77.4％ ,56.6％ and 45.3％ respectively;(2)In our series the rate of patients with two or more disturbances was 88.7％ ;(3)No difference of functional disturbance between two sexes.Conclusion The disablity rate of WD was high.Most of cases were compound functional disturbances.The paper presents an established method designed primarily for evaluating functional disturbances of WD.
