专项整治前后抗菌药物应用情况分析

Comparison Analysis of our Hospital Antibacterial use Before and After Special-purpose Regulation

目的分析抗菌药物管理办法实施后我院抗菌药物使用情况的变化。方法对抗菌药物管理办法实施前后抗菌药物使用DDD值、使用种类、占药品比、使用率,Ⅰ类切口手术及部分门诊处方抗菌药物使用情况进行对比分析。结果抗菌药物管理办法实施前我院抗菌药物使用DDDs值、占药品比、使用率分别为:101.5%、33.7%、45.3%;实施后为:56.4%、14.3%、29.3%,实施后抗菌药物使用种类趋于合理。结论抗菌药物管理办法的实施,对规范抗菌药物临床使用具有积极作用,抗菌药物合理应用及其基本知识的宣传普及还有待进一步提高和深化。

Objective To analyse on the changes of antibacterials use in our hospital taken after the implementation of antibacterials use regulation. Methods To compare the DDD value, type of antibacterials, percentage of drugs, usage rate, use of antibaterials for Type I incision operation and some clinic prescrition before and after the implementaion of antibacterials use regulation. Results Before the implementation of antibacterials use regulation, DDD value,percentage of drugs, usage rate were 101.5%, 33.7%, 45.3%respectively, which changed to be 56.4%, 14.3%, 29.3% after the implementation. Conclusion The implementation of antibacterials use regulation has proactive effect on the proper clinical use of antibacterials. The rational use of antibacterials need to be improved and the elementary knowledge of it needs to be popularized further.
