滇重楼乙醇提取物对痤疮发病相关菌抑制作用的研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的研究中国云南草药——滇重楼的乙醇提取物对痤疮的主要致病相关菌(痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌)的抑制作用。方法首先用生长抑制试验(琼脂平板稀释法)确定滇重楼乙醇提取物对上述细菌是否存在抑制作用,然后通过微量液体稀释法和平板培养基分别观察它对痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC和MBC来评价该草药对上述细菌的抑制作用。结果滇重楼乙醇提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌NCTC737的MIC和MBC分别为97.5μ/ml和198.0μg/ml,对ATCC6919菌株分别为48.7μg/ml和97.5μg/ml,阳性对照红霉素对两株痤疮丙酸杆菌MIC均为0.0625μg/ml,克林霉素对NCTC737的MIC为0.125μg/ml,对ATCC6919为0.0625μg/ml。提取物对表皮葡萄球菌CMCC26069的MIC和MBC分别为48.7μg/ml和97.5μg/ml,阳性对照三氯生的MIC为7.8μg/ml。提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC29213的MIC和MBC分别为12.2μg/ml和24.4μg/ml,阳性对照红霉素的MIC为0.0625μg/ml。结论滇重楼乙醇提取物在体外具有明确的抑制痤疮发病相关菌(痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌)的作用。 Objective To investigate the antimicrobial activity of ethanol extract from Dianchonglou on acne-causing bacteria, inclu- ding Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus. Methods The antimicrobial effect of ethanol ex- tract on the bacterium was observed by growth inhibition test (agar dilution method). The MIC and MBC of the extract to Propionibacteri- um acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus was evaluated by broth microdilution method and agar plate. Results The MIC and MBC of ethanol extract from Dianchonglou to Propionibacterium acnes NCTC737 was 97.5μg/ml and 198.0μg/ml respec- tively, and to the strain ATCC6919 was 48. 7μg/ml and 97. 5μg/ml. The MIC of erythrocin and clindamycin to Propionibacterium acnes NCTC737 was 0. 0625μg/ml and 0. 125μg/ml respectively, and to the strain ATCC6919 was 0. 0625μg/ml. The MIC and MBC of this extract to Staphylococcus epidermidis CMCC26069 was 48.7μg/ml and 97.5μg/ml. the MIC of triclosan as the positive control was 7. 8μg/ml. The MIC and MBC of this extract to Staphylococcus aureus ATCC29213 was 12. 2μg/ml and 24.4μg/ml. the MIC of erythro- cin was 0. 0625μg/ml. Conclusion The ethanol extract from Dianchonglou has strong antimicrobial activity on acne-causing bacterium in vitro.
