痤疮分子遗传学研究进展

摘要 痤疮是一种多基因遗传决定的毛囊皮脂腺炎症性疾病。目前影响痤疮发病的具体基因仍不清楚。本文将从先天免疫相关基因、类固醇激素、成纤维细胞生长因子受体-2、核转录因子-1和胰岛素样受体-1几个方面阐述痤疮的分子遗传学研究现状。 Acne is a polygenic inheritance disease, which is inflammatory response of hair follicle and sebaceous unit. The effect of specific genes in the pathogenesis of acne remains unclear. The progress on the molecular genetics of acne was reviewed in this paper.
