摘要
白念珠菌作为现代医学最重要的机会性致病酵母菌,严重威胁患者的生命。氟康唑为临床治疗念珠菌感染的首选药物,其广泛使用,使得念珠菌耐药日益增加。本文综述白念珠菌氟康唑耐药机制的研究进展。
As the most important opportunistic pathogenic yeast in modem medicine, Candida albicans threat seriously to the lives of patients. Fluconazole, as the drag of first choice, has been used widely in the treatment of Candida infections. It could increase the chance of the antifungal resistance in Candida albieans. This article focused on the progress of flueonazole-resistant mechanisms.
