锦红片对实验性急性胆道感染大鼠血清细胞因子IL-6和IL-2含量的影响

Influence of “Jin Hong Tablets” on Serum Cellular Factor IL-6 and IL-2 Contents in Rats with Experimental Acute Biliary Infection

为探讨锦红片 (红藤、蒲公英、生大黄等组成 )对急性胆道感染的作用机理 ,将SD大鼠结扎胆总管 ,并向管内注入致病性大肠杆菌制成急性胆道感染模型 ,于造模前一天开始灌胃 1%锦红片悬液 ,连续 6天 ,在造模第三天和第五天各抽取腹腔静脉血 ,分别采用放射免疫法和ELISA法检测血清细胞因子IL -6及IL -2含量。结果 :造模第三天时与模型组比较 ,锦红片组IL -6含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL -2含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,与庆大霉素组比较则均无差异 ;造模第五天时的总体趋势与第三天时相同。

In order to investigate the functional mechanism of “Jin Hong Tablets” (composed of Caulis Sargentodoxae, Herba Taraxaci, Radix Rhei, etc.) in acute biliary infection, the choledochus of SD rats was ligated and injected with pathogenic colibacillus to make a model with acute biliary infection. One day before the model was made, suspension of “Jin Hong Tablets” was fed into the stomach continuously for six days. In the third day and fifth day, the blood extracted from the vein at the posterior abdominal cavity was applied respectively with radio-immunity method and ELISA to determine the contents of serum cellular IL-6 and IL-2. The results showed that in the third day of the model, in comparison of the model group, IL-6 content in the group of “Jin Hong Tablets” decreased remarkably ( P <0.05), and IL-2 content enhanced remarkably ( P <0.05), without difference in comparison of the group treated with gentamycin. In the fifth day of the model, the general tendency was similar to the third day. The findings indicate that “Jin Hong Tablets” has an obvious regulatory function in the immunity of the model rats.
