摘要
目的 为了解气管右全肺袖状切除对老年中央型肺癌的治疗效果。方法 对 ３０例因患中央型肺癌施行右全肺袖状切除的老年病人在手术操作、术后处理和预后方面进行总结。结果 本组病人无手术死亡，术后随防５年以上，术后第一年生存率为６６．７％、第二年为５４．３％、第三年为３３％、第四年为２０％、五年以上为１３．３％。结论 对老年右侧中央型肺癌侵犯右主支气管及隆凸施行气管右全肺袖状切除有实用价值。
Objective Analysing the therapeutic result of total sleeve resection of right lung for elderly central type lung cancer. Methods 30 cases were performed with this resection. The post-operative management and prognosis were discussed. Results There was no operative death and all the cases had been followed up for more than 5 years. The survival rates from the first to fifth year were 66 .7%, 54 .3%, 33%, 20% and 13 .3 %, respectively. Conclusions This procedure serves to prolong the patient’s life, and hence is of practical value for endotracheal tumor and central type right lung cancer.
