选择性β受体阻滞剂治疗慢性心衰的疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect in treating Chronic heart failure with high-sensible β-blocker

目的观察选择性β受体阻滞剂治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法150例患者随机分成两组 ,75例为治疗组 ,用倍他乐克加常规疗法 ,75例为对照组 ,单用常规疗法。结果治疗组在改善心功能、减慢心率和降低病死率方面均优于对照组 ,两组比较有显著差异(p<0 05)。结论在常规综合疗法的基础上加用选择性β 受体阻滞剂治疗慢性心衰可明显提高疗效。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of high sensible β blocker(metoprolol) treating chronic failure.Methods:150 patients were randomized into two groups, the study group including 75 patients was treated with metoprolol added by regular treatment. The control group including 75 patients was treated with regular treatment only. Results: The study group was better than the control group in improving heart work,slowing heart rates and in reducing dead rate.There were significant difference in the two groups(p<0 05) Conclusion:The regular treatment helped by metprolol treating chronic heart failure can improve therapeutic effect obviously.
