“愈胃灵”治疗胆汁返流性胃炎的临床疗效和药理实验

Clinic effect and pharmacon experiment Of “yu wei ling”treating bile-regurgitational gastritis

目的观察“愈胃灵”冲剂的临床效果及对胃溃疡模型大鼠胃粘膜的影响。方法临床将70名患胆汁返流性胃炎(BRG)病人随机分成观察组和对照组(胃复安) ,观察其治疗前后临床症状和体征的变化 ,以及胃镜下改变 ;动物实验将30只建成胃溃疡模型的大鼠随机分成3组 ,分别灌蒸馏水、胃复安溶液和“愈胃灵”溶液 ,观察动物治疗前后的表现并对其胃粘膜组织病理学研究。结果临床见观察组与对照组无显著差异 ;动物实验见“愈胃灵”能够减少胃粘膜细胞浸润 ,对治疗胃粘膜溃疡的效果比胃复安好。结论“愈胃灵”适用于胆汁返流性胃炎(BRG)的治疗 ,其疗效可能优于胃复安。

Objective:TO observe“yu wei ling”chong jis clinic effect and how it inference the gastric ulcer model mices stomachs.Methods:Clinic seventy BRG patients who proved by clinic sympotomes and endoscop were randomly divided into two groups,one of them was treated by“Yu Wei Ling”chong ji and other group by paspertin.Their clinic changes was observed and their stomaches were examined by endoscop,Animal experiment——thirty gastric ulcer model mice were divided randomly into three groups.Every group separately was given distilled water,Paspertin primperan and“Yu Wei Ling”solution.Their general condition was observed and their stomachs were did a histopathology examination.Results:clinic——there are no notable clinical differences between two groups.Animal experiment——“Yu Wei Ling”can reduce the number of inflammatory cell which infiltrate their stomachs and it is better that“Yu Wei Ling”treat mices gastritis than Paspertin Primperan.Conclusions:“Yu Wei Ling”is suitable for treating BRG and its curative effect may be better than Paspertin Primperans.[
