陆德铭教授治疗乳腺癌远处转移37例

37Cases of Remote Metastasis of Mammary Carcinoma Treated by Prof.Lu De -ming

用陆德铭教授乳宁Ⅱ号方加减治疗乳腺癌转移 3 7例 ,结果转移后生存期 6个月以上 3 7例 ,12个月以上 3 6例 ,18个月以上 3 1例 ,2 4个月以上 2 8例。治疗结果表明 ,气阴两虚、冲任失调为乳腺癌转移的基本病理机制 ,“虚甚邪亦实” ,故扶正同时不能忽视祛邪 ;“病重药亦重” 。

Prof.LU De ming treated 37 cases of metastasis of mammary carcinoma with modified“Breast Tranquilizer Formula Ⅱ”.The results showed that the survival period was above 6 months in 37 cases,above 12 months in 36 cases,above 18 cases in 31 cases and above 24 months in 28 cases.The therapeutic result indicates that deficiency in both qi and yin and disharmony between the Flush Vessel and Conception Vessel are the basic pathological mechanism in metastasis of mammary carcinoma.If the patients were in“severe deficiency,pathogenic factors were also excessive”.Therefore,the elimination of pathogenic factors can not be neglected in supporting the anit pathogenic ability.“The drugs must be heavy in dose in severe condition.”Only by big formula and heavy dose can the anti pathogenic ability be supported and pathogenic factors be eliminated.
