摘要
运用fluo -3 /AM荧光探针标记、荧光显微镜摄像、计算机图象处理技术观察苦参碱对AngⅡ 10 - 6 M诱导 10min时的血管平滑肌细胞内钙超载的干预作用。结果显示正常VSMC经AngⅡ 10 - 6 M诱导 10min后细胞内钙荧光强度明显增强 ;而苦参碱lmmol/L能明显抑制AngⅡ的作用 ,与雷米普利组相比较无显著差异。
The intervening function of matrine on calcium overload in vascular smooth muscle cells induced by Ang Ⅱ 10 6m at 10 minutes was observed by fluo 3/AM fluorescent probe label,fluorescent microscope photography,and computer image processing technique.The results showed that after 10 minutes by induction of Ang Ⅱ 10 6m,intracelluar calcium fluorescence intensity increased significantly in normal VSMC and matrine l mmol/L can obviously inhibit the function of Ang Ⅱ,but with no significant difference in comparison of the Ramipril group.Consequently,the results indicate that matrine can inhibit calcium overload induced by Ang Ⅱ in VSMC.
