益气活血剂对兔动脉粥样硬化模型血脂、动脉内脂质及钙的影响

Influence of “Qi-Benefiting and Blood Activating Agent”on Lipid, Intra Arterial Lipid and Calcium in Rabbits Modeled with Atherosclerosis

应用高脂饲养方法复制兔动脉粥样硬化模型 ,并随机分成高脂对照组、中药益气活血剂治疗组、益气活血剂预防组和正常对照组4组 ,通过血浆及主动脉组织生化分析观察中药益气活血剂对动物血脂及主动脉组织内脂质、钙的影响。结果显示 :中药益气活血剂能降低血胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白及主动脉组织内甘油三酯水平 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组比预防组更明显 (P <0 .0 1) ,但对主动脉组织内钙含量无明显影响。结论 :中药益气活血剂可抗实验性高脂血症及减少主动脉组织脂质的形成 。

Atherosclerosis models were created by high fat feeding and divided randomly into the four groups of the high fat control group,the treatment group with the qi benefiting and blood activating agent,the preventive group with the qi benefiting and blood activating agent,and the normal control group, to observe influence of Chinese herbal qi benefiting and blood activating agent on animal blood lipid and intra arterial lipid and calcium in aorta by biochemical analysis of plasma and aortic tissue.The results showed that Chinese herbal qi benefiting and blood activating agent can decrease cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and triglyceride level inside the aortic tissue( P <0.01),more obvious in the treatment group than in the preventive group( P <0.01),but without any remarkable influence on calcium content inside the aortic tissue.The conclusion is that Chinese herbal qi benefiting and blood activating agent can resist experimental hyperlipoidemia,decrease the formation of lipid in aortic tissue.Furthermore,the effect to decrease lipid was more remarkable after high fat food was stopped.
