还元注射液对急性脑出血大鼠神经行为、脑水含量、血浆内皮素水平的影响

Influence of “Origin Restoring Injection” on Neurobehavior,Cerebral Water Content and Plasma Endothelin Levels in Rats with Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage

观察还元注射液对胶原酶生理盐水液诱发的急性脑出血大鼠的神经行为、脑水含量、血浆内皮素 (ET)的影响 ,并以清开灵注射液作对照。结果表明 ,还元注射液能够明显降低脑出血大鼠神经行为积分 ,降低脑水含量及血浆ET含量 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,其降低脑水含量的作用明显优于清开灵注射液 (P <0 .0 1)。

Influence of “Origin Restoring Injection” on neurobehavior,cerebral water content and plasma endothelin in the rats with acute intracerebral hemorrhage induced by collagenase physiological saline and also compared with “Spirit Cleaning and Opening Injection”.The results showed that “Origin Restoring Injection” could obviously decrease neurobehavior integral in the rats with intracerebral hemorrhage,decrease cerebral water content and plasma ET content ( P <0.01, P <0.05)and that its effect to decrease cerebral water content was obviously better than “Spirit Cleaning and Opening Injection”( P <0.01).
