The management and polices of the modernized hospital depend upon support of statistic information.Therefore,the author investigated the function of information management in enhancing the hospital management and scientific policy-making level of the leaders and in elevating the quality and benefit of the medical service,in combination of the practical experience in the hospital management and reform in the statistics and information department of Long Hua hospital.
