摘要 磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/丝苏氨酸蛋白激酶(PI3K/Akt)是一类特异性催化磷脂酰肌醇(PI)的激酶,其信号途径是细胞内重要的信号转导通路之一,广泛参与动物机体的新陈代谢过程。本文就PI3K/Akt信号途径的结构、活化机制及其在细胞凋亡和肌肉生长发育中的调控机制进行综述。 Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/serine-threonine kinase (PI3K/Akt) is a kind of kinases which specifically catalyzes phosphatidylinositol. PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is one of the most important signaling pathways in cells and it is implicated in a broad spectrum of cell metabolism in animals. This review summarized characteristics and activation mechanism of PI3 K/Akt signaling pathway, and discussed the regulation mechanisms in cell apoptosis and muscle growth and development.
