摘要
近年来,儿科就医难的问题日益突出,资源配置不足是其根本原因。为探究资源投入不足的问题,本研究旨在发现存在影响儿科医疗资源运行及配置的因素。研究发现,国内儿童医院分布不均,医师和医院都处于超负荷运转状态,专科化发展不足,运行困境导致其无法吸引市场资源。但同时政府投入水平较低,因此需要政府出台特殊的扶持发展政策。
Facing public opinion of scarcity of pediatrician services, the study analyzes operation of children hospitals with official database. This research finds：children hospitals distribute unfair nationwide;both pediatrician and children hospitals operate overloaded;children hospital develops under-professionally;children hospital get lower government reimbursement. It is impossible for children hospital to gain marketing resources. Special policies are necessary to improve and support healthcare services for children.
