传承文化培育作风 激扬精神 引领发展——四川大学华西临床医学院/华西医院文化建设的实践与思考

党的十七届六中全会对深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣作出了全面部署。四川大学华西临床医学院/华西医院以十七届六中全会精神为指引,进一步完善全院文化建设管理组织架构与工作机制,从规划、制度、氛围、典范四个方面进行了实践和探索,以期与同行共同进行探讨,进一步深化医院文化建设。

The seventeen sessions of six plenary of CCP conferences made comprehensive deploy to deepen the reform of the cultural management system and promote socialist cultural prosperity and development. Guide by the spirit of this conferences, West China Medical School of Sichuan University/ West China Hospital further improved the organization structure and working mechanism for the hospital＇s cultural construction management and practiced in aspects of planning, system, environment and model to explore with counterparts and further developing hospital culture construction.
