目的:探讨城乡医院对口支援的新机制与成效。方法:由支援方定期派遣管理技术团队并担任受援方的行政职务,从医院管理、医疗质量、医疗技术等进行半年至一年的连续扶持,结合周末专家、国际远程四级医疗网络服务平台构建、信息化建设等给予全方位的帮扶指导。结果:短短一年时间,受援方综合实力显著提升,医院上了一个等级,取得了显著的经济和社会效益,县医院实现了与省级大医院的同质发展。结论:"重点托管"是三级综合医院对口帮扶县医院机制上的大胆创新,是城乡医院对口支援工作可持续发展的有益尝试。

Objectives： To explore new counterpart assistance mechanism and its effectiveness. Methods： The supporter regularly sent management and technology team and serve on the receiver＇s hospital. The supporter sustainably assist hospital from the aspects of hospital management, medical quality and medical technology for half a year or a year. Combined with weekend experts assistance and international telemedicine network platform and information construction, the receiver has received full assistance. Results：The receiver＇s comprehensive capacity has been increased significantly and has got great economic and social benefit in a year. Conclusions：Entrusted mechanism is an innovation on counterpart assistance for tertiary hospital assist county hospitals. It is an good attempt for counterpart assistance sustainable development.
