摘要
医改新形势下,大型综合医院门诊工作量、患者构成及就诊需求均发生很大变化,医院管理者和医务人员应转变管理理念和服务方式。门诊是落实医改政策、体现医院公益性、优化服务模式和流程的窗口。首都医科大学宣武医院通过突出门诊服务的公益性、保障门诊患者的安全、优化门诊服务流程和提高门诊服务质量等系列措施,落实医改政策。
The outpatient workload, the patient composition and medical demands have been changed in large general hospital after implementing healthcare reform. The hospital administrators and medical stuffs should change the management concept and service provision mode. The outpatient service is the window of implementing healthcare reform policy, showing public welfare and optimizing service mode and process. By series of measures such as strengthening public welfare of outpatient service, securing patient safety, optimizing outpatient service process and promoting outpatient service quality, the healthcare policy is implemented.
