构建医疗机构专业志愿服务体系初探——以上海市徐汇区中心医院为例

Preliminary study on building professional voluntary service system in medical institutions

随着医疗机构志愿服务的专业化程度不断提高,加强医疗专业志愿服务体系的顶层设计,系统规划医疗机构专业志愿服务队伍的建设与发展,建立医疗机构专业志愿服务的理论体系和知识体系,扩大医务社会工作技巧在医疗志愿服务中的应用,已经成为当务之急。医疗机构专业志愿服务体系应当以医疗机构的志愿者自治组织为主体,以社会应急救护服务志愿者队伍、患者服务志愿者队伍和社区健康促进志愿者服务队伍为基本分支,以组织与医疗保健专业服务有关的社会公益无偿服务项目和组建医疗专业志愿服务队伍为着力点,全面推进医疗机构专业志愿服务体系建设。

With the continuous improvement of the degree of specialization of the medical institutions, voluntary service, these following four aspects of the effort has become a top priority, they are top-level design to strengthen the voluntary service system in medical fieht, system planning of construction and development of the voluntary services team in medical institutions, establishment of the theoretical and knowledge system of professional volunteer service in medical institutions and expanding the application nf medical social work skills in the medical volunteer service. Prnfessional volunteer service system in medical institutions should have self-nrganizatinn volunteers of the medical institutions as its subjects matter, have the social emergency ambulance service volunteer team, the patient service volunteer team and community health volunteer team as the basic branch, have the organization related to healthcare professional services and unpaid social welfare services and the fnrmation of the team of medical professinnals volunteer service as a focal point, and comprehensively promote the cnnstruction of professional volunteer service system in medical institutions to solid foundation for the voluntary service system.
