摘要 基础医学与临床实践在以各自为阵的形式迅速发展的同时,它们之间的屏障日趋显著,使得基础研究获得的新知识向临床研究和转化、临床诊疗规范的制订,以及向临床医学向基础研究的反馈都更为困难,产生诸如基础研究时间长、转化困难、转化成本高、临床治疗亟待解决等问题。从转化医学自身特征、医学教育、激励机制和支撑条件等方面分析了影响临床基础双向转化能力的因素,对该问题进行逻辑分析,并提出了提高双向转化能力的政策性建议。 Basic medicine and clinic practice develop fast at the same time independently, the barrier between the two are significant day by day, which makes it difficult to transform new knowledge from basic medicine into clinic study and clinical diagnosis standard making, hampers the feedback way from clinical medicine to basic medicinal study, and leads many problems like basic study delay, difficult transformation, high transformation costs and unsolved clinical treatments. This article analyzed factors that influence the clinical-basic two-way transformation capability from aspects of transformational medicine characteristics, medical education, incentive mechanism and supporting conditions. Through logical analysis, policy suggestions about improving transformation capability are put forward.
