腹膜后神经源性肿瘤的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of retroperitoneal neurogenic tumors

目的 总结腹膜后神经源性肿瘤的CT表现。方法 19例经手术和病理证实的腹膜后神经源性肿瘤的CT资料作回顾性分析。结果 神经纤维瘤7例,神经鞘瘤9例,神经纤维肉瘤2例,恶性神经鞘瘤1例。CT表现:肿瘤有包膜15例,囊变和坏死11例,钙化2例,均匀增强8例,不均匀增强10例。肿瘤肝转移1例,腹膜后淋巴结转移1例。结论 腹膜后神经源性肿瘤的CT表现有一定的特征性。认识这些表现,对提高术前的诊断水平有相当大的帮助。

Purpose To summerize the CT findings of retroperitoneal neurogenic toumors. Methods 19 cases of retroperitoneal neurogenic toumors proved by operations and pathological studies in our hospital were retrospectively analysed . Results Neurofibroma 7 cases, neurinoma 9 cases, neurofibrosarcoma 2cases,and malignant neurinoma 1 cases were incolved.CT findings include: tumors with capsule (15 cases) , cystic degeneration and necrosis (11 cases), with calcification (2 cases),uniform enhancement (8 cases) ,unequal enhancement (10 cases) ,liver metastasis (1 cases) , and metastasis to retro-peritoneal lymphatic glands (1 cases). Conclusion CT findings of retroperitoneal neurogenic tumors show some definite characteristics, which can provide help for the improment of the preoperative diagnostic level.
