Ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy(201cases analysis)

目的 通过对异位妊娠声像图特征的分析,以提高其诊断及鉴别诊断的水平。方法 回顾分析201例异位妊娠的超声特征,对术前B超诊断与术后病理诊断进行对比分析。结果 B超诊断符合率为90.5％(182/201)。主要表现为盆腔内不同回声的包块,伴子宫增大或腹腔内游离液体。结论 B超是简便、无创伤诊断异位妊娠最理想的检查方法,应做首选。

Purpose To increase the reliability of normal diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by analysing the features of B - mode ultrasound echosonogram. Methods The preoperative ultrasonograme and the postoperative pathological diagnosis of 201 ectopic pregnanct cases had keen analyed. Results The accuracy is 90.5% . The main clameferisfics of ectopic pregnary is there is whoma echogenic lumpsin pehis and with enhanced uterine or free fluid in abdominal cavity. Conclusion The B - mode ultrasound is a Simple woundless method to diagnose ectopic pregnancy.
