肝细胞癌组织中Fas抗原表达和分布的初步研究

The primary study of expression and distribution of Fas antigen in cancerous liver tissues

目的 探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中的Fas抗原的表达和分布。方法 采用抗-Fas多克隆抗体,以免疫组化法检测24例HCC患者尸解的肝癌组织。结果 肝癌及其癌旁组织中Fas抗原检出率分别为41.7％(10/24)和83.3％(20/24);癌组织中Fas抗原表达强度显著低于癌旁组织。结论 Fas抗原在HCC组织中有表达,并可以介导肝癌细胞凋亡。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between Fas antigen expression and it's location in the hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues. Methods Fas antigen was detected by immunohistochemical method in 24 paraffin-embeded HCC tissues from autospy patients. Results The 24 subjects, 10(41.7%) had been detected Fas antigen in cancerous and 20(83.3%) in the noncancerous tissues, respectively. T he intensity of Fas antigen in cancerous cells was weaker than that in noncancerous liver cells. Conclusion The results suggested that the expression of Fas antigen might mediated apoptosis in HCC tissues.
