血清唾液酸和恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子的相关性研究

Study of the correlation of serum concentrations of static acid and Tumor Specific Growth Factor

目的 探讨血清中唾液酸(Sialic Acid,SA)和恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(Tumor Specific Growth Factor,TSGF)浓度的相关性。方法 对53例恶性肿瘤患者及正常人血清进行TSGF和SA含量测定。结果 血清中TSGF和SA浓度相关良好(SA=7.9808 TSGF+63.894,γ=0.9168)。结论 SA是一种可能替代TSGF的检测方法。

[Abstract] Objective To study the correlation of serum concentrations of sialic acid (SA) and Tumor Specific Growth Factor (TSGF) .Methods Serum TSGF and SA of 53 malignant patients and normal persons were determined. Results TSGF closely correlated with serum SA(SA = 7.9808 TSGF + 63.894,γ = 0.9168) .Conclusion It is possible that the concentrations of serum SA test take place of that of TSGF.
