针刺对实验性脑缺血家兔超微结构的影响 被引量:8

THE EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURING ON ULTRASTRUCTURE OF ICVD IN EXPERIMENTAL RABBIT

摘要 目的:探讨缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)的发病机理,同时结合现代医学基础理论为临床针灸治疗脑缺血提供客观理论依据。方法:运用“三血管”阻断法,以家兔为研究对象,建立了实验性不完全性脑缺血模型,采用“醒脑开窍”针法施以治疗,定性观测大脑皮质超微结构的改变,运用形态学计量法定量观测细胞核和线粒体体密度以及突触间隙。结果:针刺能明显改善脑缺血家兔的大脑皮质超微结构、线粒体、粗面内质网、高尔基体破坏程度及核膜凹陷程度明显减轻,突触变性也有所恢复。立体定量学分析显示针刺组细胞核、线粒体体密度、突触间隙均比模型组有显著性差(P<0.05)。结论:针刺在一定程度上能减轻脑缺血所致的脑损害。 Objective: This experiment is to study the mechanism of ICVD and to provide the objective basis for clinically treating ICVD after acupucturing. Method:Occluding CCA and left vettebral artery, 3-vo ICVD models in rabbits weremade. The influences on ultrastructure of cerebral cortex by acupucturing Ren Zhong, Nei Guan and San Yin Jiao points were observed. Results: ultrastructure of cerebral cortex in ICVD rabbits were improved greatly. Compared with model groups, observation on the acupuncturing groups showed that the demage of mitochondrion, rough endoplasmic reticulm and meclede became less. The results of dimensional puantitative analysis showed that there was significant differance between the model group and acupuncturing group in dimensi onal density of mitochondrions, necledes and synapse space. Conclusion:Acupuncturing can lessen the cerebral demage caused by ischemia.
