摘要 按照中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司炼油改造项目的原设计方案,新老炼油装置达到16 Mt/a的综合加工能力,但是由于原油油种变化较大,以及原油价格、成品油和化工产品市场的变化,炼油改造项目建成后没有完全达到可行性研究报告的效益水平。文章根据新的原油品种和产品市场情况,从效益最大化出发,以原设计为基础,重新考虑优化完善炼油加工总流程,优化后的主要产品总量基本持平,高附加值炼油产品则有较大提升,乙烯原料结构整体得到优化。依据2012年价格体系测算,优化后每年的经济效益比原设计提升10.99亿元。 According to the original designing scheme of refining reconstruction project in SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. (SPC), the comprehensive processing capacity of old and newly built refining plants would reach 16 Mt/a,however,due to the great changes of crude oil sorts and price,and market of refined oil and chemical products, the profit of reefing reconstruction project has not reached the level as described in feasibility research report. According to the new crude oil sort and market situation of products, this paper pointed out the optimization scheme for overall flow of refining process in SPC with the aim of profit maximization on the basis of original design. After optimization, the total output of main products keeps unchanged, but output of refining products with high added value would increase greatly, the ethylene material structure would be optimized in whole. It is estimated according to 2012 price system that after optimization ,the economic profit would be increased by RMB 1. 099 billion than the original design.
