摘要 裂解炉是乙烯装置的能耗大户,降低裂解炉能耗一直是裂解炉厂家及石化企业的目标之一。针对中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司2#乙烯新区裂解炉辐射炉管设计热强度过高和底部燃烧器供热问题导致底部过热等问题,采用CBL-Ⅲ型技术改造辐射段炉管及对流段位置增加管排等节能改造措施后,裂解炉投料量恢复到设计值,排烟温度大幅下降,热效率显著提高。 Ethylene cracking furnace is the major energy consumer in ethylene plant, so reducing energy consumptionof cracking furnace has been one of the goals of cracking furnace manufacturers and production plants. In view of the problems existing in the original design of 2# ethylene new cracking furnace such as too high designing thermal strength of radiant furnace tubes and too high bottom temperature caused by heating problem of bottom burner,CBL-Ⅲ type technology was adopted to reconstruct radiant furnace tube and position of convection section, and add row of tubes. After carrying out the energy-saving reconstruction measures, the feed stock of cracking furnace recovered to the designing value, efficiency is improved significantly. smoke temperature is significantly lowered, and thermal
