去氢芳樟醇合成去氢乙酸芳樟酯的工艺优化

摘要 基于对去氢芳樟醇合成去氢乙酸芳樟酯的工艺优化,重点考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比和催化剂等工艺条件对反应的影响。实验结果表明:在醇酐物质的量比为1∶1.1~1∶1.2、催化剂的加入量为去氢芳樟醇质量的0.5%~0.6%、反应温度35~40℃、反应时间2 h的工艺条件下,反应转化率不小于98%,去氢乙酸芳樟酯的选择性不小于98%。 Based on process optimization for synthesis of dehydrogenation linalyl acetate with dehydrolinalool, the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, composition of raw material and catalyst on reaction were investigated. The results showed that the optimized reaction parameters were as follows: molar ratio of dehydrolinalool and acetic anhydride was 1 : 1.1 -1 : 1.2, mass ratio of catalyst and dehydrolinalool was 0. 5 % - 0. 6%, reaction temperature was 35 - 40℃, reaction time was 2 h. Under the optimized conditions, the maximum conversion of dehydrolinalool was 98% ,the selectivity of dehydrolinalyl acetate exceed 98%.
