摘要
目的探讨体部肿瘤立体定向放射治疗过程中的质量控制。方法 94例体部肿瘤患者采用CT定位扫描,由网络系统将扫描图像输送到TPS计划系统,用医科达Precise型直线加速器实施治疗计划。结果近期疗效完全缓解(CR)36例(38.3%),部分缓解(PR)43例(45.7%),无变化(NC)9例(9.6%),进展(PD)6例(6.4%),总有效率为93.6%。所有患者均能耐受并按计划完成治疗。结论治疗过程中的措施切实可行,可达到立体定向放射治疗过程中质量控制的要求。
Objective To explore the quality control of stereotactic radiotherapy for body tumors. Methods In 94 cases of the tumor were treated with the CT scanning, the network system will scan the im- age delivery to the TPS planning system, using Elekta Precise linear accelerator treatment implementation plan. Results The short-term efficacy were： 36 patients in complete remission （CR,38. 3% ）, partial re- mission （PR） were 43cases （ 45.7% ）, no change （ NC ） were 9 patients （ 9. 6% ）, progressive disease （PD） were 6 patients（6.4% ） ,the total efficiency were 93.6%. All of the patients were tolerated and com- pleted according to the plan treatment. Conclusions The measures in the course of treatment was feasible, can achieve the quality control of stereotactic radiotherapy process requirements.
