循环肿瘤细胞的检测及其在肺癌中的应用

摘要 目前,肿瘤的治疗方法有手术、放疗、化疗和分子靶向治疗等。然而,绝大多数肿瘤患者仍然会死于肿瘤的复发或转移。在患者出现症状或影像学方法能检测出肿瘤之前,我们没有一种简便、有效的方法了解肿瘤患者体内是否存在肿瘤细胞,以及我们的治疗手段是否彻底清除了肿瘤细胞。
