摘要 为丰富和完善房地产经济学课程的教学方式体系,对房地产经济学实验教学进行了研究。首先对比分析了房地产经济学传统教学方式与实验教学方式的优劣;进而介绍房地产经济学实验教学的理论基础和重要意义;然后基于房地产经济学教学的基本内容提出房地产经济学实验教学的内容体系;最后借鉴经济学课程实验教学的实践经验,初步提出了房地产经济学实验教学的实施条件和实施步骤。 In order to enrich and perfect the teaching patterns system of real estate economics course,this paper studies the application of experiment teaching in this course.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching patterns and experimental teaching are compared.Secondly,the theoretical basement and the meaning of experimental teaching in real estate economics are introduced.Thirdly,based on the classical content system of real estate economics,the content system of experimental teaching in real estate economics is suggested.Lastly,referring to the implementation of experimental teaching in economics course,the requirements of implementation and the steps of implementing experimental teaching in real estate economics course are provided.
