冠状动脉造影与冠状动脉CT在检测冠状动脉狭窄中的对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价冠脉造影与冠脉CT在诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化中的准确性。方法:入选63例拟诊冠心病患者,同时行冠脉CT和冠脉造影。结果:共检测378支冠状动脉分支。冠脉造影显示轻度狭窄24支,中度狭窄19支,重度狭窄83支。冠脉CT显示轻度狭窄85支,中度狭窄14支,重度狭窄54支。以冠状动脉造影结果做为标准,冠脉CT检测冠状动脉狭窄的敏感度为88.3%,特异度为28.2%,准确性为53,1%;阳性预测值为46.49%,阴性预测值为77.4%,差异具有统计学意义。结论:冠脉CT检测冠状动脉狭窄的准确率相对偏低。 Objective:To Evaluation the coronary angiography and coronary CT in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerosis in accuracy. Methods: In 63 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosis fitting, All patients have line coronary CT and coronary artery angiography. Results :Detected 378 cigarettes coronary artery branch, Among them, the coronary angiography found mild stenosis vascular are 24 branch; 19 vascular is Moderate stenosis;83vascular is severe stenosis. Conclusion: CT testing out 85 vascular is mild stenosis , 14 vascular is Moderate stenosis; 54 vascular is severe stenosis . With coronary artery imaging results as a standard, Coronary CT detection of coronary artery stenosis of the sensitivity was 88, 3%, Specific degree is 28.2%, Accuracy for 53.1% ;Positive predictive value was 46.49 % ; Negative predictive value was 77.4 % ; A statistically significant difference Conclusion: Coronary artery CT detection of coronary artery stenosis relatively low accuracy.
