摘要
目的:观察对住院宫颈癌患者出院后进行电话随访的效果。方法:采用便利取样方式选取宫颈癌患者330例,随机分为干预组168例和对照组162例。对照组出院时给予常规健康教育,干预组在出院后依次给予电话随访,共5次,出院后3个月来门诊复查时进行问卷调查,评价电话随访效果。结果:干预组知识掌握优良率占89.5%,对照组优良率占58.3%,两组比较有统计学意义(χ2=44.2638,P=0.0000);出院1个月后两组宫颈癌患者生活质量得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对宫颈癌患者出院后进行电话随访和指导,可以提升宫颈癌患者护理知识和技能,对生活质量提高起到积极的作用。
Objective: To observe the cervical cancer patients after discharge from hospital to hospital tele- phone follow- up results. Methods: Using a convenience sampling method to select patients with cervical cancer in 330, were randomly divided into the intervention group 168 and control group 162. The control group was given the routine health education, intervention group after hospital discharge in order to give telephone follow - up, a total of 5 times, three months after discharge to outpatient follow - up questionnaire, telephone follow - up effect evaluation. Results:The intervention group knowledge of good and excellent rate was 89.5 %, the ex- cellent and good rate was 58.3 % in control group, two groups had statistical significance (Xz = 44. 2638, P = 0. 0000 ) ; discharged a month later in two groups of patients with cervical cancer quality of life score had a signifi- cant difference( P 〈0.05). ConclusiOn: Cervical cancer patients after discharge from hospital by telephone follow -up and guidance, can improve the patients with cervical cancer nursing knowledge and skills, to improve the quality of life played a positive role.
