摘要
目的:探讨超声内镜检查在胃癌术前分期中的临床价值。方法:总结57例行手术治疗的胃癌患者术前检查结果,对比术后病理检查结果,进行分析。结果:EUS对胃癌的T分期的敏感性T1 100%,T281.25%,T3 80%,T4 72.3%,对有无淋巴结转移的敏感性,无淋巴结转移的敏感性78.95%,有淋巴结转移的敏感性81.58%。结论:超声内镜检查在胃癌术前分期中有较重要的临床价值。
Objective： To Study clinical value of endoscopic ultrasonography in preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma. Method：We summarizes the results of endoscopic ultrasound of surgical treatment and compares the pathological test results of 57 gastric cancer patients. Result： The sensitivity of EUS in determining the T stage of gastric cancer were T1 100 % , T2 81.25 % , T3 80.00 %, and T4 72.3 %. The sensitivity of EUS in determining lymph were 78.95 % （LNM negative） and 81.58 % （ LNM positive）. Conclusion： Endoscopic Ultrasonography in the preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma has important usefulness.
