摘要
目的:探讨45例尿道下裂患儿及其家长心理状态,给予必要的、特殊的心理护理,以满足他们特殊的心理需要,使他们能正确对待疾病,积极配合治疗。方法:针对不同类型、不同年龄的患儿及家长的心理反应进行观察护理。结果:45例尿道下裂患儿及家长都能配合治疗和护理,促进了疾病的康复。结论:尿道下裂目前尚无一种完美的手术方法,所以护士要耐心帮助和鼓励患儿及家长正确认识疾病以及正确对待治疗效果,全面配合医生治疗,以获得疾病的痊愈。
Objective： To discuss 45 example hypospadias baby and the guardian psychology, gives essential, special psychological nursing, satisfies their special psychological need, enables them to treat disease correctly, coordinates to treat positively. Methods： in view of the different type, disparity in age＇s baby and guardian＇s psychology responded that carries on the observation and nursing. Results： 45 example hypospadias baby and the guardians could coordinate to treat and to nurse, promoted disease＇s recovery. Cconclusion： hy- pospadias not yet has one very perfect surgery method at present, therefore nurse wants to help and to encourage the baby and the guardian patiently understood correctly disease and the treatment treatment result：coordinates doctor to treat comprehensively, obtains disease＇s healing.
