扬声器吊挂安全问题浅谈

摘要 主要针对大中型音频系统吊装、安装等在设计和实施过程中所存在的安全因素展开讨论,具体包括扬声器吊架、吊装线缆选择、接插附件及固定点的承重安全系数的计算,并依照国家标准和行业规范给出建议。同时针对在项目中普遍出现的细节问题给予挖掘提炼并讨论,最后依据国家标准或厂方建议给予正确的应对方法。 The article is focusing on the issues of large and medium-sized audio system lifting, installation of safety factors in design and implementation, which of those topics specifically include the speaker hanger, selection for lifting cables, and cal- culation of both attachment patch and safety coefficients of the fixed point bearing. Regarding all of above issues, there are rec- ommendations given in conformity with national standards and industry norms. Discissions are also for exploring and abstracting the potential detail problems generally existing in the projects, and finally we provide solutions of how to response to those problems correctly accordingly to the national standards or the manufacturer recommendations.
