摘要
随着计算机技术的广泛普及,多媒体处理器的大量应用,基础网络传输设施的搭建,为广电行业监测系统准备了良好的硬件平台。通过这些硬件,运用各种开发软件和国际上先进的算法,遵循国际、国内的行业标准,使得广电行业内部的监测事业,得以迅猛发展。通过各种理论,并结合广电行业监测系统项目的概述,针对具体问题是如何解决的,来详细阐述广播电视广告监测。
With the widespread popularity of computer technology, the large number of applications of multimedia processor and the structures of base network transmission, a good hardware platform is prepared for the radio and television industries mo- nitoring system. By these hardware, software development and application of internationally advanced algorithms, in accordance with international and domestic industry standard, the internal monitoring of radio and television industries rapidly develops. Based on the above point, combining various broadcast ＆ television monitoring system project, how to deal with the broadcast ＆ television signal monitoring is elaborated.
