摘要
粘扣是油管在使用过程中经常会发生的失效事故,与油管螺纹接触应力分布有着密切的关系。建立油管螺纹接触应力分布数学模型,得出螺纹各牙的接触应力分布有显著的不均衡性。以73.03mm×7.82mm圆螺纹油管作为研究对象,在相同工作条件下进行数值模拟计算,结果表明:在公差范围内增大油管螺纹初始扣第1、2牙处的锥度、螺距,可以有效降低螺纹的最大接触应力值和不均衡性,并降低粘扣的发生几率。
Gluing is frequent failure accidents during use of tubing, and tubing thread contact stress distribution is closely related to it. The mathematical model of tubing thread contact stress distri- bution was established and conclusion is that stress distribution of t each tooth thread contact was unbalanced.
