摘要
单闸板防喷器壳体的形状存在多处突变,闸板两侧有多处螺栓孔,影响声发射信号的正常传播,降低了缺陷的定位精度。提出了利用支持向量机的分类与回归功能对单闸板防喷器壳体的缺陷进行定位。试验结果表明:支持向量机可以在单闸板防喷器壳体的缺陷检测中应用,且定位精度较高。
The multiple mutations exist in shape of the single-ram blowout preventer shell, and the bolt connection at the flashhoard on both sides impact the normal spread of acoustic emission sig- nals,and make the positioning accuracy declined. It is put forward, in this paper, to use support vector machine (SVM) classification and regression function of single-ram preventer shell of the defects positioning methods. The result shows that SVM can be used in acoustic emission location of single-ram blowout preventer shell,and the accuracy is higher.
