残疾人服务模式创新发展研究——以佛山为例

On the Innovation and Development of Disabled Service Mode——Taking Foshan as an Example

随着社会需求的多样化和残疾理念的变化,残疾人的社会服务工作面临巨大挑战。为了更好地助推残疾人服务工作,以佛山的残疾人服务工作为研究基础,从六个方面探讨了残疾人服务的创新发展模式:一是机构性质志愿组织模式、二是服务管理行业化模式、三是社区服务中心虚拟化模式、四是机构自助和连锁经营模式、五是社工介入运作模式、六是资金筹集社会化模式。

With the diversification of social needs as well as the changes in the concept of disabilities, the social service work of the disabilities face enormous challenges. In order to enhance the disabled service work up to a high level, the paper, based on the research of Foshan disabled service work, discusses the innovation and development of the disabled mode from six aspects as follows, first, the institutional na- ture of volunteer organization model second, service management industry-oriented model third, com- munity service center virtualization mode fourth, self-help and chain business model~ fifth, the social work intervention operation model~ sixth, socialization of fund-raising model.
