叙述了化工装置性能考核的基本过程,并没有考核的数据,主要是从工程角度和项目管理角度研究化工装置的性能考核的组织和管理,强调性能考核准备工作的重要性,综合检验装置工程设计水平、建设施工质量、设备性能、装置操作技能。
The basic procedure of chemical plant performance test was introduced. The organization and management of chemical plant performance test were studied from the aspects of construction project and project management. And the importance of preparation work for the performance test was emphasized. The engineering design level, construction quality, equipment performance and operation skill for chemical plants were comprehensively tested.
