薄壁小直径不锈钢钢管扩口裂纹原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对航空用薄壁小直径不锈钢钢管(Φ6mm×0.6mm)在扩口过程中(管口扩至Φ9.5mm)容易出现裂纹甚至开裂的问题,利用光学显微镜、拉力试验机及硬度测试仪对其扩口裂纹及加工过程中的硬度积累环节进行了试验分析。研究结果表明:出现扩口裂纹的不锈钢钢管硬度高、晶粒小,同时发现在加工过程中随拉拔管径变小,其硬度有呈线性增长的趋势。 Addressing the fact that as a common case,flaws,even openings are developed with the(Φ 6 mm×0.6 mm)small-sized light-wall stainless steel pipe for aviation purpose,when it is undergoing the expanding process(to get its OD enlarged up to 9.5 mm),the expansion-caused flaws and the processing steps which cause the gradual increase of the hardness of the pipe are analyzed by means of the optical microscopy,the tensile testing machine and the hardness tester. The result of the study identifies that the said flaws normally stay with stainless steel pipes having rather high hardness and small grains,and that the hardness of the pipe is increasing linearly,when its OD is getting smaller along with the drawing operation during the processing.
