简要介绍了CPE顶管工艺及设备,分析了CPE顶管工艺的主要优势,重点说明了CPE顶管机孔型及缩口钳孔型的计算方法,提出了一种新的缩口钳设计方法,并对缩口工艺进行优化。研究认为:与传统的缩口钳及缩口工艺相比,改进后的缩口钳及缩口工艺可减少切头损失,提高金属收得率,保证生产顺利进行。

The CPE push bench process and the equipment are briefed. The main superiorities of this pipe-making process are analyzed. And the calculation methods for the groove of the CPE mill proper and the groove of the pointing tongs detailed. A new design method for the pointing tongs is put forward,and furthermore,the pointing process is optimized. The study reveals that compared with the convenient pointing tongs and the pointing process,the modified ones will bring about such advantages as reduction of the crop loss,increase of the yield,and assurance of smooth operation,etc.
