直缝埋弧焊管成型机进出料顶升装置的改进

Modification of Inlet/Outlet Lifting Devices of SAWL Pipe Forming Machines

简要介绍了直缝埋弧焊管JCO成型机进、出料顶升装置存在的问题,以及采取的相应改进措施。通过技术改进,不仅提高了设备运行的稳定性,减少了机电维修时间及成本(大约50%),而且提高了设备的利用率。

Briefed are the problems as stay with the inlet/outlet lifting devices of the SAWL JCO forming machines,and relevant countermeasures. Thanks to the technical modification of the said devices,the operation stability of the equipment is enhanced,and hence the electric motor maintenance time and cost are cut down（ by approximately 50%）,and the equipment availability is also improved.
